Design Development
We bring the vision to life through 3D views, colour schemes, and material palettes, fine-tuned to your taste and desired outcomes. We also begin to break down the budget and develop our schedule for design development, permitting, and construction.
Phase 3 | Working Drawings
Construction Documents
Now, ideas become buildable. We finalize our design plan using architectural drawings, coordinate with engineers, manage any permits that are needed, and develop detailed construction documents so contractors can execute our design accurately and efficiently.
Phase 4 | Construction
Fabrication, Administration, Site Review & Project Closeout
When construction begins, we act as your advocate and guide. We liaise with contractors, respond to questions, and conduct regular site visits, ensuring that all progress made reflects our original design intent. We’re here to protect your investment, minimize surprises, and keep the project moving!
