Glaze
For COPS
Defunct mechanic garages have found new life as some of Toronto’s most beloved breweries, cafes, and restaurants. For COPS, we transformed an industrial downtown relic into a neighbourhood doughnut shop that balances refinement and raw character. Translucent glass screens offer a glimpse of production while disguising the overall kitchen space. These partitions layer upon concrete and stucco to establish a striking, monochromatic backdrop that allows the shop’s colourful products to stand out.
