Kfir is an award-winning architect, advocate, and design educator. Originally from Israel and raised in Toronto, he has studied and worked in New York, Tel Aviv, Barcelona, Shanghai, and other global design centres. He founded Kilogram Studio in 2015.
Across commercial and residential typologies, Kfir is guided by a desire to create joyful, unexpected spaces. His love of materials and fabrication is complemented by Passive House certification and a rigorous technical background in heritage restoration, adaptive reuse, and sustainability-focused projects.

Known as Toronto’s Urbanist Realtor, Devin works at the intersection of real estate, development, and city building. At Kilogram, he collaborates with his partner, founder Kfir Gluzberg, to enhance alignment between the studio’s design projects, the market, and local zoning policies. Throughout the process, Devin leverages his expertise as an urban planner and small-scale developer to help clients navigate the city’s evolving landscape, identify opportunities, and understand the full picture of their design investment.
