Canoe
For Greenhouse Juice
A calm space of contrast and restraint, this juicery features rich cedar block displays, custom lighting, and an unexpected point-of-sale station, where interlocked logs form a rotating sample counter that divides retail and prep areas. An installation of backlit Tyvek paper flags suspend from the ceiling, which — alongside continuous ceramic tiles cladding the walls and flooring — instill a slight echo and coolness in the space, evoking the sense of being in water or under the shelter of a flipped canoe.
